FAIR WORK STATEMENT Dunollie Preservation Trust ( DPT) is a charitable organisation , accredited museum whose charitable aims are to •to advance the heritage of the historic castles and property historically belonging to the family of the MacDougalls of Dunollie, Oban, Argyll, hereditary chiefs of the Clan MacDougall and; •to preserve and retain in Scotland the artefacts, paintings and others also historically belonging to the MacDougalls of Dunollie and to advance education through public display and interpretation of these historic assets. The charity operates from the historical site of Dunollie Castle and Grounds. We are committed to the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First policy. This means that we strive to be an organisation that sees employees and people delivering work for us on a freelance basis as being fully engaged in what we do. We aim to support employees and freelancers work for us to reach their full potential through the provision training and development opportunities, and we actively promote positive approaches to flexible working to support an innovative and inclusive place to work.
