Green Shelter

In partnership with the Forestry Commission, our Dunollie Links Co-Ordinator has worked on creating an interactive Green Shelter in the World of Trees.

The purpose of the Shelter is to share the joy of the woodlands where you can discover more about the natural and cultural heritage of Dunollie.

From September 2016 - February 2017, a total of 177 members of the local community (35 adults and 142 Children between 5 - 17) got creative and braved the weather to create this beautiful space.

Over the course of 37 workshops which featured building bug nests, mosaic stepping stones and an interactive wildlife panel, the shelter is now complete.
